Our Salon Policy
Appointments
We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your service being shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Children
While we love children, for safety reasons we ask that they are supervised at all times.
Children not receiving a service should not be left unattended in the salon.
Nail Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work.
If you experience lifting, chipping, or breakage due to workmanship within 7 days of your appointment, we will happily repair it free of charge.
This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper aftercare, or changes of mind.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments.
If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Health & Hygiene
Please inform your technician of any allergies, infections, injuries, or medical conditions before your service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment may pose a health or safety risk.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Expiry dates apply unless otherwise stated.
Respectful Environment
We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for both clients and staff.
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
